Welcome to Forge Content Creations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
   We offer content strategy, copywriting, funnel development, and related creative services tailored to your business needs.

2. Payments & Refunds

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work (100% upfront if project is under $200).

• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, but project credits may be applied at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and clear communication.

• Approvals and revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery to avoid project delays.

4. Intellectual Property

• Final, paid deliverables become the client’s property.

• Forge Content Creations retains the right to showcase non-confidential work samples for portfolio and marketing.

5. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or misuse of delivered materials.

6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA.

7. Acceptance of Terms
