Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled at Forge Content Creations.

1. Project Deposits

• All projects require a 50% deposit (or 100% if under $200).

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Client Cancellations

• If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund.

• If work has started, the deposit will be retained and no refund issued.

• For monthly retainers, cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice.

3. Our Cancellations
   If we must cancel or cannot complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Rescheduling
   Project timelines may be adjusted once with no fee if requested at least 7 days in advance.
